Lalzi 3 is a new mixed-use community — “a project for new habitats in the Bay of Lalzi” — designed by Estudi Toni Gironès together with Artech, on the Durrës coast between the Adriatic and the open countryside. Slender residential towers and low-rise blocks are woven into a landscape of gardens, mature trees and tree-lined promenades, with the sea on the horizon.
